Lynn Dessert…a bit about me.

Early in my career, I was fortunate to work in progressive companies with leaders who invested heavily in people and leadership development. The mentoring and experience taught me a lot about leadership, adaptability, change, decision making and accountability.

And while I honed my technical skills, it became increasingly more obvious that the “soft” or “contagious” skills ultimately make or break a leader’s trajectory. 

My attention shifted to supporting individuals in personal and leadership development. I work one-on-one and with small cohorts, teams or groups.

Through all of those discussions, I found common themes that leaders needed support in and created The Contagious Leader Model. 

The relationship between leadership and employees continues to see significant change. I work with organizations and leaders who want to thrive and create a great place to work.
